I've learnt that memories of great or hurtful events are all that remains after so many years. So make each moment count and make each memory deliberately remarkable.

I've learnt that things don't get better with time, but with intentionality.

I've learnt that all these things I say that I've learnt haven't really been etched on my mind. And though I've really learnt them, I could still act like I haven't learnt them, some of the time. So, forgiveness, flexibility, and progress all the way.

I learnt that health is truly wealth (my Nan always said this, but holy moly it’s true). You cannot love without pain (there is beauty in this too). It’s very okay to be sensitive. That no one has it all together and even “the strongest” are human and live with life’s hardships.
