Your growth is not linear.
There are no success overnight and even after some weeks...
Sometimes, in your road to success, you will have moments of lesser good.
Moments when nothing seems to move.
You've made a start.
You've set yourself in the right direction.
But after a few weeks or months, you're still not where you want to be.
It's true that your appearance has become more refined.
It's also true that your business is doing better.
But you are still far from the success you imagine.
You're in a zone between a better version of yourself when you started out and ... the success you imagined.
The problem is, it still seems like a long way to go.
And the effort weight on your shoulders.
You're tired of giving so much for so little return.
So what to do?
That's a very good question, because it's a period I've gone through several times in my different careers.
The experience made me understand that growth is not linear.
The daily efforts accumulate but sometimes one will reach plateaus.
And if we don't reinvent ourselves, we may never get past those plateaus.
Getting stuck in the limbo of self-improvement?
Wait for a lucky break?
What are the options?
There's not much to do.
You can tell yourself that the universe is testing your strength of mind.
Or simply understand that success takes time.
You arenβt successfull until you are.
You have to work hard enough until you reach your inflection point while continuing to track your progress.
I track my progress every week in my job, I can tell you that I reached my goals this Saturday and have ten days left to continue to exceed them.
In my internet adventures, I can tell you that I failed my January.
I had planned to write 12 chapters of my short story but I realized that I can't write when my mind is not free and right now it's not.
And I can also tell you that my growth is around 1.5 % / week.
By tracking your performance, you can compare each week and over the months make your own database.
And if you notice that several weeks in a row, you are in a period of decline, you should sound the alarm.
If you don't track your performance, you run the risk of losing motivation at some point.
The progress is so small, sometimes it is almost imperceptible.
And why should we make efforts if we don't progress?
I wish you all a great week.
I'm heading to my workout.
I don't really feel like doing it this morning.
But that's why I'm going to do it.
Have a good week.
And see you on Wednesday.

Have a good workout and week brotha πππ―
