Lightning change in 50 days
A routine
On TikTok, we see a lot of crap. But sometimes in a sea of useless content, you can find little nuggets.
And recently, I saw a little short on my timeline that talked about lightning transformation.
Actually, reading the program, it’s really good.
You can't be missing your transformation by doing this for 50 days in a row.
On the program:
50 day challenge
Everyday- Wake up 8.00 am max
- 30 minute exercises everyday
- 30 minute reading everyday
- No booze
- No drugs
- No porn
- No industrial foods
- No processed foods
- Only natural foods
- 2000 calories max (if you are overweight)
- Write in your journal at night
- Document your journey
What I suggest ... Is to do it!
The routine is really not difficult to follow.
But it has a solid foundation for fixing your life in record time.
What I like about it is that it's not too hard and not too easy.
I can't wake up at 5:00 am.
On the other hand, 8:00 a.m. is immediately less difficult to imagine.
30 minutes of exercise is less intimidating than the 1hr often suggested.
It's quick and you can learn to love your workout.
No booze, drugs, porn ... The goal is to reset our dopamine centers. We can also add a time limit for scrolling on social networks, it will only do you good.
Note that I put no porn, not no sex. I'm not convinced by these stories of sexual transmutations.
I could explain it to you, but it would take a whole post and it's a very complex subject.
But I am convinced that porn kills everything.
Your dong dong, your self-confidence but also your mind.
It's a poison that contaminates your mind.
A need for more and more stimulation as you get used to a certain level of consumption.
And like a drug addict, you need a higher and higher dose to feel something.
If you have a girlfriend, so much the better, it's time to channel all your energy into your relationship. Not only will it make her blossom, it will give you a much better report.
And if you don't have a girlfriend, well... The only rule is: NO PORN.
30 minutes of reading: I have two books to suggest.

- Finding Ultra : it's the story of a guy who wakes up at his 35+ (or 40, I don't remember) and sees that he has become something he hated. Out of breath to climb some stairs. He decides to take charge and starts an incredible transformation.
These are books you want to read when you are looking to become a new you.
For food, it's a way to learn how to eat properly. Today's food is poisoning us. Just look at the BMI curves, they have exploded. In addition to giving you fat, it does not give you the nutrients necessary for your development. Food is the battle of our century. It's time to say no. It doesn't cost more to eat properly, that's a myth. Go directly to the market twice a week.
Fruits / Vegetables / Meat / Fish are the basis of a healthy diet.
If you are overweight, limiting yourself to 2000 calories a day will create a caloric deficit. This is hard math to do because everyone's metabolism is different. These are just averages that I will give you. Your average needs are about 2000 / 2500 calories per day for a man.
30 minutes of sport will burn between 200 and 250 calories depending on the intensity.
By eating normally and burning 200 extra calories per day, in 50 days, you will burn 10,000 calories, or a little more than a kilo.
If you want to burn more, there are only two ways:
- Add activity (I would add 30 minutes of walking in addition to 30 minutes of weight training)
- Eat less (if you prepare your meals properly, it is possible)
You can go to much higher deficits and aim for a healthy weight loss of 3-4 kilos per month. The goal is really to be able to keep it off over time. Not sprinting and not making it to the finish line.
Keep in mind that these are approximate maths, if you want to calculate your exact needs and your theoretical weight loss, there are specialized sites for that.

Document your journey.
Make a list of things you need to do.
And check off each night.
Add your mental state and your level of motivation and fatigue.
