Close your eyes
Close your eyes.
Well, not right away :)
After these few lines.
Imagine that you are at the end of your life.
This is the end.
It's time to say goodbye.
Your nearest and dearest come to give you a last embrace.
Take slow breaths.
Visualize the scene.
Who is standing next to you?!
Well, these people you are visualizing are the ones you care about the most.
Call them out.
Tell them you love them.
Let them know that you care about them very much.
Humans are not very good at communicating feelings. We think the other person knows how we feel. But often they don't. Put your emotions into words.
Tell them verbally or through gestures so that the message comes across clearly.
If they mean that much to you.
Improve your relationship with them.
We don't want to have regrets.
So don't have any.
And let's do the things we need to do to not have them.
And if you want to open up, tell them about your visualization.
They will be happy to know that you care about them.
